My first Chicago concert.I had a blast.It was in Montgomery,Al. I was lucky enough to get two autographs.One of them was yours.I saw your age was 47,I just turned 50!Don't seem right.I don't know if you remember me,but we locked eyes and smiled at each other.whew!!You played so well. I do hope you all will come back to Montgomery soon.Chicago was my favorite group.I've always loved them. I bet you were shocked when they hired you the first audition!!! Congratulations. Saw the show in Cleveland on Dec. 4 and was SO pleased that we were able to listen to you & the guys rock it out with just a few Christmas songs (which were very good)! We've seen Chicago five times now and we always seem to get seats on the right side of the stage. After this show, the left side is a MUST...you were amazing, thanks for the guitar picks that you gave to us!! I was the only one dancing all night!! Thanks for a great show & hope to see another show very soon.

Keith, I saw you on Nov 29, 2011 in Philadelphia with Chicago and was blown away by your playing and your sound. I loved the green Strat type guitar. I realize it was not a Fender but certainly was a Strat body with what appeared some hi output active pick ups. That guitar sounded great. Couldn't see your amps so I have no clue what you were using. I just wanted you to know I love your playing and your sound.. Greta job.....

Huge Chicago fan. My friend sent me an email about the type of guitar you play ? In particular there is an electric that looks like a strat with a big A on the headstock ? David Crosby was playing a similar one at the RR hall of fame concert in 2009 ? Can you tell me the brand?

Great show at Ravinia/Chicago IL last night. Love Chicago since the beginning & have seen a lot of shows. You guys sound better than ever. Was fortunate to have seats right in front of you & it was really nice that you gave some picks to the kids at the front of the stage. Best concert I've seen in years.

Hi Keith, Thank you for an unforgettable concert in Paris. I loved it (understatement). We sat on 5th row and had a great view on the stage. For as far as I could I danced and I sang on top of my lungs in that very small space. I convince myself that you saw me having the time of my life at my first concert ever. The couple in front of us was so overwhelmed by this much enthousiasm, that they left before the show was over. Sorry for that! I really wanted to say thanks in person, but the bus took of before we knew what happend. Bummer! Manuel will take my cover of "You're the only one" backstage in Italy. Robert already signed it. I hope you will sign it too.

Hiya...My husband was viewing a concert on T.v. of Chicago...and I was hesitant to sit and watch it, untill I heard the blast of amazing music....it all came back to me.....wow CHICAGO!! I LOVED IT!! It brought back great memories...I had forgotten all the great songs that were written....and I fell straight in LOve with Keith Howland....and just want to applaud you...for your sweatness...on stage and beautiful...sounding voice and musicianship!!! I want to hear more of you....Keep me in the loop of any new music, concerts etc. coming up! Hey and I checked out your age too...You are only a year older than me and you still look like a pup! My son, 5 years old loves the colour green, and in my mind I saw him in twenty years playing like you (he has just an acoustic guitar, and he loves it to play and sing with it. Saw Chicago for the 1st time at Mystic lake Casino.. Why I had never seen Chicago before I'll never know....Had a blast and was intrigued by the guitar player,found out he also plays jazz..I LOVE jazz, and funky music. My husband was a guitar player when I met him, He played in a popular band in Mpls for years..yep I married him and now our 2 boys age 20 and 22 rock it out.. One is a grateful Dead head the other a jazz fusion fanatic, playing his own stuff in local clubs when he can John Mayer dave Matthews sound but jazz is his passion he loves some obscure stuff. My husband works at an ad agency in Minneapolis now and does web sites on the side.. Enjoying the music on this site and will probably buy the CD just can't decide which one..

Loved the show the other night @ the wellmont Theater...got some great pics, alway seem to enjoy the band alittle more at an outside venue like PNC, gonna try and catch you guys @Atlantic city, that should be fun ...its a nice theater pretty decent sound, I know those old theaters r sometimes rough, but you guys seemed to manage alright... :)

Keith - I just came across the YouTube video of Chicago and Earth Wind & Fire playing 25 or 6 to 4. Your solos were great! In fact, I am motivated to get back to playing guitar. I won't tell you how many years it has been since I picked up a guitar. I plan to go to the Guitar Center here in Seattle and buy a Fender Stratocaster. Hello! I am very sad because today is the concert CHICAGO
GUADALAJARA and I will not go of my dream was to go to chicago and see you but that would not be possible ... if you want to give me a ticket I will be very happy haha! but does not believe that is accomplished ... I'm seriously very sad! I wanted to know ... it was all I wanted to see my favorite band in concert ... but that did not mean ... bye .. I love you!
